Appreciation Exercise

It doesn’t matter if you believe in law of attraction or not, it doesn’t matter what your life is today, if you practice this simple appreciation exercise you will see immediate results. I will get to it shortly.

You shape your reality

You communicate to the universe through your vibration so your vibrational frequency is more important then the words you use to express your desire. According to quantum physics an atom only appears in a place if you measure it. More simply an atom is spread out all over the place until a conscious observer decides to look at it. So the act of measurement or observation creates what we call our physical reality. It is how you look at things and feel about them that attracts to you more of what you are focusing upon and shapes your reality.

Manifestations are indicators

It is your thoughts today backed up by your feelings and emotions that create your tomorrow. Let’s say you are in a difficult situation now and you let that situation make you feel depressed, you give out a dense and low vibration due to which you will attract a similar situation of like nature this is law of attraction. Whatever you put out you always get it back. When you let external factors control your feelings you enter in a never ending cycle of negative experiences. Manifestations are just indicators of whether you are away from your source (or inner being) or near it. Manifestations let you know whether you are vibrating at a higher or lower frequency. If you don’t like what you are manifesting whether it is a physical or a financial situation then all you have to do is change your vibration and come in to alignment of who you really are.

Alignment

When you are aligned with your real self you feel good and if you are not aligned you don’t feel so good. Negative feelings mean that you have created a gap between you and your broader non physical self. When you love you feel good, when you hate you feel bad. Pay close attention to your feelings and they will tell you in which direction you are going, away or towards the source. Make it a point to find ways to look for good in all situations and people. Some people find it difficult to do that. That is where the appreciation exercise comes in handy. It is very effective and I highly recommend that you at least give it a try. Do it for a week and you will start to see results.

Appreciation exercise

Buy a new note book and start writing the things that you appreciate about your life and present situation. Remember you have to write about things that are already positive. Don’t take something that is negative and try to make it positive because even if you are using positive words you will still arouse negative feelings about that particular subject. Start a new topic on a new page. Write what naturally comes to you, don’t force yourself. When thoughts stop flowing regarding your subject began a new page with a new topic.

You can write about things that you appreciate about different areas of your life like health, relationships, work or anything else. Nothing is too big or too small. Spend ten or fifteen minutes each day for this activity.

If there is a certain person in your life who you don’t get along with then try to find in him or her one quality that is positive. Practice appreciating that positive aspect. What this will do is that either that person will start responding to you with understanding, love or respect or he/she will fade out from your life. You have in your life, only that is active in your vibration.

When you regularly practice appreciation exercise, you will start to find things to appreciate wherever you go. You will feel a deep sense of ease and joy.

When you make it a habit to look for things to appreciate you will shape your reality accordingly. You will find that circumstances will shape themselves in a way that will give you more reasons for appreciation. Just like quantum physics says, you see what you look for.

Appreciation cleans your vibration

Some people think that if they become comfortable with where they are they will stay there and not move forward. This notion is completely sense less. When you live with appreciation and find peace with where you are you clean up your vibration from all resistance and thus things that you desire flow more easily in to your experience. Know what you desire, make goals but be at ease with your current situation. Say to yourself, “I like where I am and eager for more”.

Unlimited but impersonal power of the universe is at your disposal; your job is to personalize it. In a way it is like electricity you can use it to electrocute yourself or you can use it to add unlimited comfort and beauty to your life. You can think thoughts of abundance backed up by feelings of appreciation or you can think thoughts of lack backed up by feelings of despair. The former will bring you all that you want and more, the later will attract to your life more negativity. The choice is entirely yours.
