Who is doing the RECOGNISING act?

You are a part of the higher consciousness termed as God. You are not God but an extension of that divine energy. You are a part of something much bigger. You don't need to say that God is great; you just need to feel this greatness in you to awake all the powers and possibilities of your divine nature.

When we take on physical existence, we consciously lower our vibration to adapt ourselves to a denser state of being. We chose to be on the physical plane because it is through us that the originating spirit (that individualizes itself in us) can have earthly experience. It constantly takes physical forms and each one of them has a unique individuality of his own. When we are oblivious of our inner being, we become completely dependent on circumstances. We don't recognize the forces within us.

God doesn't control us but he gave us free will to do as we please, otherwise we would be like machines or puppets. He gave us unlimited power and wisdom but gave us a choice to use it or not. If we are to use it then the first step is to actually realize that it is there. Think of electricity it is used for many purposes it works according to the instrument it passes through. Through a light bulb it gives us light, through an electric kettle it boils the water, in the same way we humans are distribution centers of God energy. We have to make conditions ready in ourselves so that this Godly energy can do its work more efficiently. If your iron, hair dryer or any other electric appliance is turned off, even if you connect it to the electric socket it won't work. If you are unaware of your higher nature, your God given power will not work because then you are not ready to receive it, you are not switched on. To make ourselves ready we must realize ourselves as centers of divine operation and remove the blockage of negative thoughts and feelings to ensure an uninterrupted flow of divinity.

Who is doing the RECOGNISING act? It is you, a unique individuality; through you the universe is becoming aware of itself.
