Law of Attraction and Appreciation
The law of attraction will bring you only that you desire and bring it faster if you close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. You can close this gap when you are at peace with yourself and your current situation. If you distress about the circumstances you are in now, you will lower the vibration of your thoughts and this will in turn attract more distressing situations. Remember you always draw to yourself whatever it is that is active in your vibration.
Find things to appreciate in yourself and your life. No matter how little or insignificant they seem to be. Enjoy that cup of tea, watch that funny movie, read that wonderful book, listen to your favourite music, go for a relaxing walk. Think, do and talk about things that make you happy. Appreciate all that life is offering to you now and be enthusiastic about the things yet to come. This will increase your vibration and close the gap between what you have and what you want.
When I first discovered the law of attraction I would always state my desires like, “I need this or I need that”. I would plead my case to the Universe. I would explain why I really need those things. I then wondered why nothing is happening and where is the stuff that I need so badly. I would really feel bad that I am over here and what I require is some where in the future and may or may not get here. Now I know what I was doing wrong. Law of attraction is all about vibration. When you need something it gives out a vibration of lack and neediness. A feeling of lack attracts more lack. The trick is to feel abundant in order to attract abundance. Be at peace with where you are now. Find things to enjoy. Whatever is the situation find things that can make you feel better. Practice deliberate thinking. Sooth yourself into thinking thoughts that take you toward your desires.
I am much better now at deliberate creation. I have manifested things which might not be much but it is not the magnitude but the direction that counts. I am really enjoying the journey and excited about the destination. Manifesting is fun and I am just getting started. It gives me such a feeling of power knowing that I can create with my thoughts by keeping my vibration in tune with my desires. I know it will take a lot more practice to keep my vibration at this higher level.
When you don’t feel good, it means you are emitting low vibrations. If I ever feel that my vibration is getting low I just stop whatever it is that I am doing and pay attention to what I am feeling. I usually meditate on my higher Self and align with the broader non physical part of me. This really helps as the larger part of who I am is all abundance and power. It gives me an incredible feeling of strength and security. When I don’t feel like meditating I just focus on something in my life that gives me great joy, this instantly makes me feel good. Emotions are your best indicators to inform you whenever you go off the wagon. I look for the best in all people and all situations. When you do this after a while law of attraction will bring to you ONLY those people or situations that are best for you.
I know all that I have manifested so far is a vibrational match to my thoughts and feelings. Now that I know the process I have no fears or doubt, I know that I have to be 99.9% vibrationally aligned with my every desire before it manifest physically. All I have to do now is to feel good and enjoy every day as it comes. I have some pretty big goals and though I see no physical evidence of them yet I can feel them and I know that what I desire exists in the unseen and will manifest on the physical plane when I am ready for it meaning when I am a 99.9% vibrational match to it. It is just like downloading a song from the internet, you know that the process has started but you can’t listen to the song until the download has completed.
Every morning before I start my day I mentally make a list of things that I appreciate about my life, you can also do this on paper. Then I intend that I will have a wonderful day and find joy in everything I do. During the day I frequently say to myself, “I appreciate and enjoy where I am now and enthusiastic about where I am going”. Try it and you will discover as I have the amazing way in which the law of attraction works.
