Question about Purpose of Life & Happiness

What is my purpose of life? Why is it so hard for me to be happy?

Name: Anita

Country: Italy

Dear Anita,

We all have the same purpose in life that is to follow our joy, to pursue our passion and do things that excite us. Whatever it is that you are most enthusiastic about is the thing that you should be doing. As I mentioned before the feeling of happiness or excitement is representative of the vibrational frequency of your higher or true self.

Universe is capable of supporting anything that represents your core self. When you act on your joy, you are being true to the real you so your purpose is to be who you are to the best of your ability.

Don’t be afraid to show your individuality, you are unique so express yourself in a way that you enjoy. Your career, goals or aims are your chosen methods of expressing you but they are not the purpose of your existence, they may change over time. All you have to do is to discover what you already are that is a perfect, unlimited and divine being. Just being yourself is your mission in life however you choose to do it is up to you.

Coming to the second part of your question, the reason why it is difficult for most of us to be happy is that we put conditions on happiness. You need to be unconditional. When you say, “I will be happy when this happens or I will be happy if I get that or I will be happy if he/she behaves in a certain way”, you are depending on external factors for your happiness.

Know that you already are joyful; happiness is your natural state of being. In order to experience physically what you are spiritually, all you have to do is to practice your true nature. I have this website because I enjoy sharing what I am passionate about that is living a life of liberty and harmony. I will do it even if only one person visits it or even if I have no traffic at all. I don’t make my happiness conditional and because I make it unconditional I always attract readers who enjoy reading what I enjoy writing. Don’t take the idea of happiness so seriously, lighten up to be enlightened.
