Dear Neill,

God is not something separate from you. God is source energy that is in you. You are a unique expression of that energy. The more you let that uniqueness express itself through you, the closer you will get to your true self. You are always connected to it. You can have experience of disconnection but you can never really be disconnected because you are part of all that is. You can never be outside of this sphere of energy because there is no outside.

The reason why we experience disconnection has to do with our vibrational frequency. New thought or spirituality is nothing but a higher understanding of laws of physics. It may sound complicated but to make it simpler think of your radio. If you want to listen to 98.5 FM then you must set your radio dial at that frequency. Your radio always has access to 98.5 FM but if it is not set on the same frequency there will be an experience of disconnection.

You are positive, pure source energy in a physical body. By reaching for the best feeling thoughts you can find regarding any subject at any time and by following your joy , you are tending to the vibrational relationship between your in the moment thoughts and the thoughts of the source.

As you go through your daily life be conscious of your emotions and acknowledge their enormous value to you. No matter what the current emotion within you is, feel glad for your awareness of it. Know that anytime, at any place and in every situation you can choose thoughts to improve your emotions and thus improve the vibrational relativity between you and the consciousness we call God.

When you appreciate something be it a person or a flower, when you feel love or joy , you find a vibration that puts you in alignment with source energy. When there is no separation between God energy and who you are in that moment you don’t question so much. Usually when people question their relationship with God is when they have gotten themselves at a vibrational level that is far away from the source energy. When you are in alignment with this energy and feel the infinite wisdom pouring through you, in time you will have all answers to all questions. If you want to seek God, seek things that make you feel good when you focus upon them.

See yourself as energy, see God as energy. Always be aware of the vibrational relationship between these energies. God doesn’t choose for you but choose with you. You are the source energy in the physical body. Don’t set yourself apart from it. Embrace it. You are the creator of your experiences and life is supposed to be good for you.
