Well, day 2 was a fun one. I started the The Bar Method
Work out. It doesn't look so difficult but when you actually do it you can feel the muscles of your body working. Muscles that we don't use normally get a terrific work out. I feel great just after doing it once. I have heard that after 8 or 10 work outs you could really see the difference.
As I said in the article Saif had a cold yesterday so last night he woke up a couple of times due to a stuffy nose but my reaction was surprisingly very calm. I gave him his cold medicine and was feeling assured that he will be fine soon. I remember the days when he was just a baby and how worried I used to get if he had a cold or other minor discomforts.
Today I am grateful for my ability to see the positive side of things. I am also grateful that life gives me the opportunities to be more of myself.
